Return & Refund Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We hope you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may not work out. We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your parcel.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, unused
  • In original condition
  • Tags still attached
  • Free from perfume, makeup, stains or damage
• Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Pre-order items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return / Exchange

• Email us at ‘maenakl@outlook.com’ with:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photo proof (for defective or incorrect items)
• Our team will respond within 1–3 working days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless:
  • Item is defective
  • Wrong item was sent

REFUND

• Refunds are only issued for:
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items sent
• Once your returned item is received and inspected:
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be made via the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If you opt for exchange, the replacement item will be shipped after the returned item is received.
