  due to high order volume.

Shipping Duration

• Estimated delivery time begins after the parcel has been shipped.
  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak periods.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on location and parcel weight.

Tracking Your Order

• Customers are responsible for monitoring their parcel using the tracking number provided.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
